As Chief Executive Officer, Jim is responsible for overseeing the strategic vision of Woodbridge Homes. He is actively involved in all major decisions including, identification of new opportunities, finance, marketing, and participates in the design and construction of every Woodbridge community.

Jim brings a wealth of experience to Woodbridge. He obtained his CA designation with Arthur Anderson and more recently was a Principal of the Strand Group of Companies, where he was responsible for identifying and managing real estate development opportunities in the United States and Canada. Over his 10-year tenure, he oversaw the successful development of over 100 residential communities, providing homes for many thousands of families.

Jim is a devoted father of three and a proud grandfather of two children, who enjoys spending time with his family, boating and contributing to his community in South Surrey, BC through a variety of charitable initiatives.
